What Glasstally does
Glasstally turns the price lists you upload into a live price calculator for your website. You review the prices it reads before they go live, and every price in the calculator links back to the cell it came from.
Excel price lists: we show you anything we’re unsure of before it goes live. Check it against your supplier’s file before you publish.
Both plans include up to 10 price lists and 3 calculators.
Plans and billing
- Free: upload and review 1 price list. Publishing needs a Founder or Standard plan.
- Founder: £117 + VAT every 3 months (£39 a month), locked while you stay subscribed. 20 seats.
- Standard: £59/mo + VAT.
A Founder plan renews automatically every 3 months. The price stays locked for as long as the subscription runs without a break. If you cancel, the lock ends, and a new subscription starts at the then current price.
A Standard plan renews automatically every month.
Gumroad is the merchant of record. You buy and pay through Gumroad, and Gumroad collects the payment and the VAT.
We email you 14 days before every renewal, with the price and how to cancel.
You can cancel at any time. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. Publishing stops when the paid period ends; your price lists stay in your account.
30-day refund
30-day refund: if Glasstally couldn't load your price lists, you get your money back within 30 days of payment. Ask from Billing, or reply to any Glasstally email.
A refunded Founder purchase gives its seat back.
Prices and quotes shown to your customers
Your calculator shows prices worked out from your price lists and your markup, VAT and rounding settings. You choose what to publish and you are the seller of the blinds.
A quote from your calculator is valid for 30 days unless you change the validity in your settings.
In “from” mode the price is shown as “Estimate, confirmed after measuring”. It is an estimate for the size entered. The final price is confirmed after measuring.
